With Saint Patrick’s Day just around the corner, we thought we’d share some holiday inspiration. This day is all about green! So, here are a few ideas to make your baked desserts more festive!
Adding mint to your desserts is any easy way to add green! Mint & chocolate is one of our favorite flavor combinations. Try mint chocolate cookies, cupcakes or even our mint cookie cake!
If you’re not into mint, you can always add a splash of color with green coloring. You can buy it from your local store or make your own natural coloring by boiling & blending spinach.
You can also make your favorite treat and add a little green cheer with toppings. Crushed mint candies, mint chocolate chips, green candies or even healthy pistachio are perfect for this!
4. Make your own Toppers
It’s nice when things are edible, but when you want to add some craft to your baking, why not make your own cake or cupcake topper! Use floral wire & make a topper with cardboard, fabric, or ribbon to add some green flare.
